An Insightful Journey: My Factory Visit Experience at Guangzhou's Glassware Processing Plant with our Manager Coco

 Throughout this immersive experience under Coco's guidance, I gained valuable insights and understanding of our production process:

1. As a first-time operations and sales team member visiting the factory and preparing for the exhibition with Coco's supervision, I developed a more profound comprehension of our production processes and the importance of thorough preparation for trade shows, which I owe to Coco's expertise.

2. Coco's understanding of silk-screen printing on glassware shed light on the intricacies of the process. For instance, she explained that due to the nature of the equipment, glass products with a significant vertical curvature cannot be printed, as it would result in a low-quality yield rate. Such insights are essential for our design and production teams to consider when crafting our exquisite pieces.

3. I discovered the crucial importance of maintaining a clean and dust-free environment in the color spraying workshop. I also learned how dust particles on glassware could significantly impact the quality of the final product, thanks to her extensive knowledge.

This unforgettable and enlightening factory visit, under Coco's expert guidance, has undoubtedly provided me with invaluable knowledge and insights that I can apply to my role at Ruixin Glass. I am truly grateful for Coco's mentorship during this trip.
