Our custom glassware capability spans every product category and decoration technique a brand needs to develop signature glassware — custom mold development for bespoke bottle and vessel shapes (the foundation of a product competitors can't copy), through-body colored glass in any Pantone-matched shade, embossed brand-name patterns and relief textures molded into the glass body, electroplated and vacuum-metallized metallic finishes, UV printing and ceramic decal artwork, laser-etched logos and pattern work, hand-applied specialty finishes (gold leaf, mosaic, hand-painting, patina), and complete custom packaging design (rigid boxes, sleeves, inserts, gift presentation). Whether you're developing a single signature product or a complete multi-category brand line, we produce to your exact specifications across glass formulation, shape, color, decoration, closure, and packaging.

We support brands at every stage of custom development. Established brands send finished technical drawings or 3D files; emerging brands send sketches, mood boards, or reference photos, and our design team develops production-ready specifications. The workflow moves from design consultation through digital mockup, physical prototype, and pre-production sample approval before any bulk run commits — so you see and approve exactly what you're getting. We produce custom glassware across all our categories: bar glassware (custom whiskey, wine, cocktail, and beer glasses), everyday drinkware (custom mugs, tumblers, and can glasses), and candle and fragrance vessels (custom candle vessels, diffuser bottles, and perfume bottles). See our Custom Project Showcase for examples of completed bespoke programs, or our Custom Wedding & Event Glassware for personalized celebration glassware. MOQ flexibility ranges from 300 pieces for laser-etched and hand-finished programs, to 500 pieces for decoration on stock molds, to 3,000 pieces for full custom mold development. Samples ship in 7 days for stock-based programs.

Frequently Asked Questions

01

What aspects of glassware can you customize?

We customize every element of a glassware product: shape (custom mold development for bespoke bottle and vessel silhouettes), size (any capacity from 5ml perfume bottles to 22oz statement vessels), glass formulation (standard soda-lime, premium extra-clear low-iron, or heat-stable borosilicate depending on application), color (through-body Pantone-matched tinting), decoration (embossing, electroplating, UV print, ceramic decal, laser etching, hand-applied specialty finishes), closures and accessories (atomizer pumps, stoppers, lids, collars, reeds), and packaging (rigid boxes, sleeves, gift presentation). You can customize a single element — for example, your logo on a stock vessel — or develop a fully bespoke product from a blank sheet.

02

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom glassware, and what does custom development cost?

MOQ depends on the level of customization. Laser-etched and hand-finished programs start at 300 pieces (no tooling required). Decoration applied to our stock molds — printing, electroplating, color, embossing on existing shapes — starts at 500 pieces per SKU. Full custom mold development for a bespoke shape starts at 3,000 pieces because of the steel mold tooling investment. Once a custom mold is developed, repeat orders run at standard 500-piece MOQ. Sample and prototype costs are typically credited against the bulk production order. We provide a detailed quote after reviewing your specifications, target quantity, and decoration requirements.

03

How does the custom development process work, and what do I need to send to get started?

The process moves through five stages: (1) design consultation — you send sketches, reference photos, 3D files (STL, OBJ, STEP), or finished technical drawings, and we discuss feasibility, materials, and decoration options; (2) digital mockup — we produce 3D renderings for your review; (3) prototype — we create a physical sample for hands-on evaluation; (4) pre-production sample — final sample with all decoration and finishing for sign-off; (5) bulk production. To get started, send whatever you have — even a rough sketch or a reference image of a product you admire is enough for our design team to begin. Established brands typically send finished design files; emerging brands often start with just an idea and reference images, and we develop the production specifications together.

04

What's the typical timeline from initial concept to bulk delivery?

For decoration on stock molds (logo, color, print on existing shapes): samples in 7 days, bulk production in 25–35 days. For full custom mold development: 30–45 days for mold tooling and sample approval, then 25–35 days for bulk production — plan 60–90 days total from approved design to delivery. Specialty hand-finished and complex multi-technique projects may take longer. For seasonal launches and time-sensitive programs, we recommend starting the conversation 4–6 months ahead of your target delivery date. Send us your target launch date and we'll map a production timeline that hits it.
