Our gaming and fandom glassware serves the collectibles and licensed-merchandise market — glassware as fan merchandise, collectible drops, and pop-culture retail. We produce full-color printed glassware reproducing game art, character designs, anime artwork, and fandom iconography; laser-etched and embossed designs for premium and understated collectibles; and metallic and specialty finishes for limited and premium editions. Glassware formats popular in this market include pint glasses and steins (gaming and beer-culture crossover), rocks and whiskey glasses (mature-audience and premium fandom), shot glasses (collectible sets and convention merchandise), and tumblers and mugs (everyday fan merchandise). Collectible series, numbered limited editions, and seasonal or event-tied drops are all within scope.

Glassware can be drawn from any of our bar glassware and drinkware styles, decorated using our Signature Craft techniques, and packaged as collectibles or gift sets via our gift sets and boxes programs. For licensed IP, we produce to your approved artwork and brand guidelines — licensing rights and approvals are managed on your side as the rights holder or licensee, and we handle production to specification, including the artwork-revision cycles that licensed programs require. We're equipped for convention and event merchandise timing, collectible-drop scheduling, and numbered limited-edition production. MOQ starts at 500 pieces per design (300 for laser-etched); samples ship in 7 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

01

Can you produce licensed IP glassware (gaming, anime, pop-culture)?

Yes — we produce glassware for licensed and branded merchandise across gaming, anime, pop-culture, and fan-community markets. We work to your approved artwork and brand guidelines and produce to specification. Licensing rights, approvals, and any IP clearances are managed on your side as the rights holder or licensee — we are the contract manufacturer producing what you provide, not a licensor of the IP. We're experienced with the strict artwork-approval and revision cycles that licensed programs involve (rights holders are particular about how characters and logos are reproduced), and we sample and revise until the artwork meets approval before production.

02

Can you do collectible series and numbered limited editions?

Yes. Collectible series, numbered limited editions, and event-tied drops are all within scope. We produce coordinated multi-design series (a set of characters or designs as a collectible line), sequentially numbered limited editions (each piece marked with its edition number via laser etching or printing), and seasonal or event-specific drops timed to conventions, game launches, or community events. Numbered editions use the same variable-data capability as our personalized programs — each piece can carry a unique number with no setup penalty.

03

What artwork and design formats do you accept?

We accept vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) and high-resolution raster files (PNG, TIFF) for full-color printing. Vector is preferred for logos and line art; high-resolution raster works for detailed illustration and painted artwork. For collectible-quality reproduction of complex art, we'll advise on the best decoration technique (UV printing for full-color photographic art, ceramic decal for fine detail and durability) during sampling. If you have brand or style guidelines from the IP holder, send those too so we produce within approved specifications.

04

What's the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ starts at 500 pieces per design for printed and most decorated glassware, or 300 pieces for laser-etched designs. Collectible series count per design — a 4-design series at 500 each is four 500-piece SKUs sharing base glassware. Lead time runs 25–35 days for most decoration, plus time upfront for artwork-approval cycles (often the longest variable in licensed programs). Samples ship in 7 days. For convention or launch-timed drops, build in approval time and contact us well ahead of the event date.
